- PRIMERO. Corregir el numeral
- primero. de la parte resolutiva de la Sentencia C-858 de 2006, de manera tal que se entienda que son los artículos 9, 10 y 13 en la expresión "En forma voluntaria" del Decreto Ley 1295/94, los que se declaran inexequibles.
- SEGUNDO. Que en vista de lo anterior, en lo sucesivo, la parte resolutiva de la Sentencia C-858 de 2006 quedará así:
